AXXESS internet provider

Wow, this used to be a great company. BUT it has become worse and worse . Do NOT consider this company as your internet provider. My service hardly ever works anymore. I have logged call after call, even requesting a call back on 3 occasions in December 2019. Never received a single call back. I just keep getting an email to say 72 hrs has past and my notification has been closed. No service last night, this morning or even now as I type using my mobile data. Guess no TV again tonight. Absolutely pathetic company.
