Axxess internet connected not getting any help

I'm Jabu Mkhize , In January I had a connection problem with axxess wifi network it didn't work for days,everyone was failling to assist me , till i wrote here today I had the same problem yet I paid this company way before end of the month I don't get any help I called and lost a lot of airtime with so much airtime I called waiting for 30 minutes on the line no one was available to help some one answered after 35 mins and did not help he said he call back it's 2 hours now he's not calling back My kids are suffering to connect since they have to study and do projects using tablets exams are starting on Monday , I have to buy data using my money yet I'm a trusted customer

Please assist me I need to be connected...otherwise I want to cancel this wifi Thank you
