Axxess Internet

The worst company to deal with when you have an issue. We have two addresses that we utilize the internet at, as we don't live at one I cancelled the service end March already, as the brilliant people at Axxess don't know how to separate addresses on the system they in the beginning of April cancelled the house I actually use and paid for, after numerous phone calls from my side it was eventually reactivated. During the month of April I got an email from Axxess stating that the house I don't want cancelled will cancel end May, I spoke to how many people and asked that a supervisor phone me back, today is the 1st of May and nobody has bothered to phone me back, yet this morning after me already have paid for May my services are again suspended. I have spent the last hour on the phone dealing with staff that are uninterested and rude. Nobody can help until Tuesday, pathetic. I will not recommend this service provider at all
