Axxess ignored my request to not contact me after insisting fibre is not in my area when there is a Vuma GPON on the house

Tried to get fibre installed in my new house, Axxess confirmed that fibre is not in my area even though I sent a satellite screenshot, co-ordinates and a picture of the vuma box on my wall. I received multiple calls to get me back as a client even though I specifically requested to not be contacted again. Stop the harassment!
