Axxess Hosting service misleading and can't deliver when expected to

I've been a customer for almost 3 years now - service has been great so far until i wanted to add another domain onto my account.

On the Axxess website, there is no disclaimer or note regarding them not being able to regsiter domain over the weekend.

I created the domain, Axxess debited my account and then when I want to access the domain so that I can deploy I find out that the domain has not been registered.

I had called spoke to a consultant Kalvin - who had promised that the issue would be resolved within an hour - but nothing. The I called 3 hours later and the next consultant then told me its only going to be available in the next 24 hours.

Like common man! Enable your customers to make better purchasing decisions and stop lying /misleading your customers - have a note there saying how long the hosting will take. If I had known, i would have not even bothered to go with you guys. Now because of this unneccessary delay my project team is behind on their deadline to deploy.
