Axxess hosting only working between 08h00 - 17h00

Under no circumstances should you host your website with them if you have a site that need to be up outside business hours. If your site is down, they can only do anything hosting related between 08h00 and 17h00. Best the call center can do is tell you to phone again the next morning at 08h00
