Axxess Hosting - multiple hosted websites down for over a week

Axxess has really acted so unprofessionally of late with their website hosting. They migrated from CPanel to CWP, but could not have tested this properly as it has left a wake of broken websites.

They did not properly inform clients of the date that the migration would happen. They did not perform automated testing of sites after the migration, so we only discovered our websites are broken (e.g. 500 server error) when users notice. Then tickets go unanswered for over a week.

I called and was promised one of my sites would be fixed by 5pm yesterday (1 week of downtime), but it is still not fixed. They also promised to call back, which of course they failed to do.

They also don't care to apologise and take ownership. They had the cheek to say this happened because they are trying to save clients' money. It is no use saving money when your websites are down for over a week!

I will be moving all my business away from Axxess to a company that better understands communication and client relationships, as that is really the most important thing.
