Axxess Hosting Department not Useful

Axxess Support & Hosting Departments are useless. 1) When you Log a Query it may take 3 days or never to respond. 2) I recently bought 2 domains from them in the beginning of the month, set up websites, the following day both of them were down (Server not Responding). Called and created multiple tickets still not resolved to this day (Ticket: ac4h8k780e). Now my clients are refusing to pay my balances on work done cuz they can't view their websites. And yet we expected to pay full amounts for service not rendered. Really Annoying
