Axxess horrible service do not use them

If only axxess would have better client services the world will be a better place been waiting since 27th April 2021 for my fibre line however no luck I have more open ticket with lines department then hair on a cat, also waiting time to chat to lines is a nightmare 15min of my airtime horrible service levels
