Axxess - Horrible Service

Having connectivity issues with my new Cell C LTE product...Axxess takes their own time to respond via email and they don't even answer their phone when I tried to call them several times. I'm running out of patience....thinking of cancelling and never going back again....Will be forced to go back to ADSL with another provider....unbelievable really! Cell C and Axxess...horrible horrible service....as long as they can bill you and deduct your bank account then everything is fine....speaking of....I'm still waiting on my refund from Axxess....
