Axxess have bad service

Since Monday Morning on the 13 Feb my internet went off and it is now 4 days that I dont have internet everytime if I phone Axxess they say I must phone the metro Fibre guys and everytime If I phone the Fibre people they tell me phone Axxees so now How long will i be without Internet Becuase u guys cant give me a time or u guys cant find a Fibre Comay that has working lines but mouth end I must pay my full account my axccount number is 052841
