Axxess has the worst Customer Service

I bought an MTN uncapped simcard 50mbps on the 18th. and only on the 22nd did the simcard start working. I even asked for a refund so many times. they seem to have ignored my plea. and Now the internet keeps going and off and buffering. There is no way I am continuing with this service. I should have just stuck with Rain, their only problem was during loadshedding their internet goes off. But at least the speed was consistent

Do not be fooled by their prices. Stay away from Axxess.
