Axxess has not rendered the service that I am paying for!!!

I completed a change service request on their website and selected for it to be completed now and not at a later date. This "now" was a few days ago, I have logged a ticket on the portal and emailed them with no response. At the call centre nobody answers and your call gets cut off at completely random duration's, I have wasted in total at least 2 hours combined trying to get hold of them.

So if I decide to hold my payment for the next month, I will most likely get them to respond.
