Axxess has no idea what they are doing

This company has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They offer hosting with databases, but the website that you take with them cannot connect to the database that they give you as well. I have been with support who responds with the same copy pasted response "We do not allow remote connections to our databases"

So basically, the only way that i can get my customers to place orders on my website is to give them database access for them to write the records directly. This package is ******* and the support team are ***********. They would randomly close your ticket, just because. I want my subscription cancelled and I refuse to pay for this *******.
