Axxess has become my worst nightmare

I am very disappointed, host 1 server is always down, i have been calling them everyday for the past two weeks, unfortunately i had paid for a full year service now as soon as my money is finished i am migrating to a better company. They have no explanation and no solution to the problem. You cant talk to any manager or someone who seems to know wat the problem is. They promise to escalate and call you beck and the never do. I am so disappointed. Stay away if you want a stress free life.
