AXXESS going down the drain

These were one of the best ISPs in SA. Now they don't care about their customers. They want me to run a speed test on a fibre line that keeps disconnecting, and randomly runs very slow (10mbit on on 400mbit line). It randomly slows down, and by the time you realise and are ready to run the speed test to submit, it goes back to "normal" levels. The first line support doesn't understand that you cant run a speed test on a line that's not connected and they refuse to connect me with a higher up technician. Wasted hundreds of rands in phone calls, and they just don't care. I will be taking all my business (R1500/m) away from them and finding an ISP that actually cares.
