Axxess frogfoot fibre

Upgraded from LTE to Fibre, or at least tried too.. 4 weeks down the line with 26 calls, 11 tickets logged and 4 emails.. still intermittent fibre line which keeps logging on and off. They keep blaming Frogfoot and when I contact Frogfoot they blame Axxess, they do not respond or give any feedback on calls logged, absolutely useless!!
