Axxess for slow and frequently down fiber line

In the last 2 years our fiber line has been down more than 20 times, 20 times. This is pathetic and absolutely the worst service I have ever received and that includes Eskom. If Eskom's service is rated better then your you must know how bad you are. However it is my fault for not cancelling this 2 years ago.
