Axxess Fixed LTE Service - Look else where if you value your business

We have used Axxess Fixed LTE for several years now and have been happy with the service up until 18 months ago. In the past support has been efficient, knowledgeable and consistent but no longer. If you call to get info you are lucky if you are answered, when they do answer they do not always log the issue and you are forgotten. I have even tried the online support and you will be fortunate if you get an answer within 24hrs and the standard response is "Turn it off and on again". Right now we are working on a download speed of 0.06MB from10MB on a 25GB + 25GB Fixed LTE Rain service. In short, look elsewhere if you are looking for a service to maintain your business.
