Axxess fibre sucks
Their server drops connection every 3 mins on the dot for 5 to 10 seconds. Every gamers nightmare. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

31 Dec 2019, 18:52So after laying a complaint with ISPA, Seacom and the ombudsman they alas fixed my problem by switching me to a different backbone. Cost? Well it cost me a months subscription of airtime to call them as their ticket system dont mean ****. I lost 3 days of income at R1000 per day and they could not be bothered. Btw the fix too 5 mins. Pathetic. IM DEFINITELY NOT RAISING MY STARS. Anyone that want to get in the market? You cant do worst.
