AXXESS Fibre - Non Existent Service Providers - Stay Away

Ive been in communication with Axxess for 3 weeks now to log an issue with my Fibre, just to get told again and again the issue was resolved, I pay over R1000 per month and receive absolutely no service from =them, always quick to sign you up and take your money but what comes after that is non existent, their support staff on the call centers are also not of any help and they don't see anything through, I will not recommend them to anyone
