Axxess Fibre No service

Pity there is no rating for zero stars.

I app**** for Fibre in my house on 13 Feb with Axxess and received an email confirming I requested Premium Uncapped (incl. 4/1Mbps Vumatel Line) for 40 Monte Vista Boulevard and they would confirm availability. I called the Axxess call centre and they told me that they sent my request to Vumatel for installation.

I received a call from Vumatel on 1 March to confirm my installation and agreed on 3 March. I told the lady that my ISP is Axxess and this was done based on my installation confirmation with Axxess. The technician came to install today and gave me a VT number. I called Axxess to confirm this number in order for internet to be activated. The technician could not pick my details up on the system and could not assist me.

I called Vumatel and unfortunately the sales support is only available again in Monday and I couldn't be assisted either. I am not sure what is happening as I'm still sitting without any internet.

This is most frustrating .
