Axxess fibre line, technical support is none

I want to give less then 1 star rating.

Im staying in the Nuutgevonden Estate. Have logged a fibre fault in thw line, our line is down more then a week now. This has cost my submission of my assignments I had to upload on the internet.

Can someone please just get this nonsense sorted out !! I have to re do my assignments (once missed we get a revised one to do at a cost)

I have full-time work I need to conduct and do need this network!! I can't use cellular network due to edge signal...

When I'm on the call, it takes so long to be answered!
