Axxess Fibre delivers les than 1% of what you pay for!

Internet service provider's have a deservedly poor reputation in South Africa - certainly, the after sales support is a race to the bottom that Axxess seems to have won!

Paying for a 500 Mbps up / 500 Mbps download unshaped, uncapped service costs R1395 pm - but when they deliver only 3 Mbps download and 14 Mbps upload, then Netflix doesnt work - or YoutTube - or email.

Yet there is no penalty. "Support" smugly refuses to check or reconfigure their own port - ALWAYS their problem, never my side - and there is compensation in their fee, no reduction for service NOT delivered.

The managers of Axxess in Port Elizabeth and their support tam should be taken outself and left to be gutted by the gans of Gwebergha - they are useless!!
