Axxess **** fibre connection!!!

I have had a connection problem since the 12th May 2022, it has been over a month and still my issue has not been resolved! Axxess and their fibre provider Evotel have not had a solution to my problem. Their internet has been intermittent and goes as worse as no internet connection whatsoever for a period of 24hrs or more on certain occasions.

I have been reporting repeatedly and went as far as asking them to send a technician to come and assess the situation but ke dololo!!!!
