Axxess fibre BAD SERVICE

Our internet has been down for 3 days and we were getting errors on the Huawei router which was showing Tenda and called Axxess fibre for 3 consecutive days. They refused that we had logged a call and it us who can't refresh a line. BAD SERVICE OF ALL TIM÷!!!
