Axxess fibre and Openserve Network - I don’t recommend

I’m just sharing my experience of how annoying it has been. My ISP is Axxess and the network provider is Openserve. Both these 2 companies have really done me dirty. I’m based in the pretoria area and I’ve been with them since 2023, for the past year and half I’ve struggled with internet connection especially when it is from the 21st to the 15th of each month then I have uninterrupted internet for a few days before it starts to get cut off again. I have a toddler so you can imagine how irritable children get when they are watching something and 3 minutes in the connection starts to buffer. That has been the case with them and I’ve sent them countless emails and they keep saying I must check my line because nothing seems wrong on their side, they have never sent a technician to check this and it was starting to become way too continuous for it to be a coincidence so I finally cancelled the service. 2 weeks ago open serve had an issue and they were offline for over a week, they sent sms communication atleast but still that confirmed to me that indeed there was an issue with this network provider.

I don’t recommend it unless ofcos you don’t mind buffering Netflix movies and constant disconnections.
