This company is bad and corrcupt, I am trying to cancel my service for the last 5 months and gave 4 times notice. The 1st time they offer me a reduce price which I accept for 3 months, then I cancel every single time from after the 3 months and every time they have an excuse and then I do as the instructed. My service was supposed to en 30 Nov, my good grief, they send me a notice this morning, no, I can only cancel end Des. for crying out load! How do I get rid of them. I just refuse to pay now. I have made an arrangement for them to collect the modem and they ask vir my address which i gave to them, this company is *****ing our money and is acting against my customer rights. Could someone please help me, I am gatvol acc nr Acc No: 323052 This just does not stop and they as super expensive!!!!!!
