Axxess Fiber connection - BAD

I recently moved over to Axxess ISP, and on a weekly basis my internet connection is off, every time i phone in to get this sorted out they tell me to do the same thing, restart the wifi box and router but then the connection never works there after, they always say that the connection on their side is fine or they say that your IP address has changed and that they will log a call - i have to keep restarting everything where as my cables stay the same but the connection changes. the problem accurse on a weekly basis and says "internet without connection" meaning the problem is on their side, I am seriously thinking of moving to another ISP and with less problems. I am currently working from home and need this to be up and running every day all day. i think for the monthly fee i pay every month is not worth it as i can hardly use this fiber connection as its down all the time :-( very disappointing.
