Axxess fiber connection

I am not happy with this service provider at all, if I could select no start I would. I app**** for a fibre connection from this company in August we are now on the last week of October and still yet to be connected. They were very quick to deliver the router that comes with the the subscription, within a week the router was delivered.

I only started getting any feedback from them on the progress of my installation after I called them. And from then it was getting an email to tell me that they cannot give me a date of my installation but they know about me. So if they can't give me a date who must? And how long must I wait?

I feel like they not giving me a choice since I am stuck with their router. Would I be wrong to seack connection from another service provider? This feels ridiculous now, waiting 2 whole months just to get a technician out to connect me.
