Axxess fiber bad sales

So I have a subscription with Axxess fiber. I was told on the phone for the 1st time that I used to much data on my uncapped fiber! The sales person did not mention once that the 10mb and 10mb uncapped fiber is only meant for browsing. And not downloading. ***??? Then I would never gone with them! So they throttled me with out telling me via email or SMS that you will be running slow speeds now.You under management.!!! Never ever had it with telkom in 4 years. Please people read your terms and conditions.Thats what support says. These people are ***********...

Any advice on this?
