Axxess fiber

This is the most pathetic company which I have encountered in my life. First they run a upgrade promotion if you sign today your fiber line will be upgraded to a higher line. All good up until you sign with them then you will see the wheels fall off everything. So I did sign, then after a week the upgrade was gone and called them all the sudden it never existed second call and 4th mail it was only for existing clients then it never existed up and down like that for a lot off calls and emails. Until I send them all there email with the agreement, then the promotion ends the end of that month. I called them and asked how did the non existing upgrade end. When I encountered this problems I did requested that a manager call me to get to the bottom of this and mail on more than 10 occasions for the last 3 months nothing happens. After most emails I have to pay something calls emails nothing helps I spend over a R1000 on call to them. Trust me stay as far away from the company as possible
