Axxess fall from grace

Axxess used to be a leader in its field but of late u can't get through to call centre, you hold for up to 45 mins being redirected by each new call centre attendant and still some have terrible attitudes. My company moved from Telkom for the excellent service at Axxess but the standard has dropped terribly.
