Axxess failed to give me a working line.

Since my wifi was paid and activated i didnt have any wifi. It doesnt work. I used their whats app pine and dashboard for help also called in and still doesnt work. I asked for a technician to come help and no one came nor was it booked. Still doesnt work. It says sign in required. I did all they said, reset, reboot, settings and still nothing. Now when vumatel said line is working they just closed the case but wifi is still not working. This is horrible service and i want to cancel and i want a refund on router and the pro rata i paid axxess.
