Axxess emplopyee sabotaged website - Bad service attitude, Unhelpful

Called in today to Axxess. Spoke to Aview (refused to give his surname). Serioulsy bad attitude and unhelpful. Called him out on his tone and attitude. Now he deleted my webiste. Called back 4 times. Same guy - he cuts the call each time. Called again for the 5th time and spoke to Siseko Mbewu ( who also refused to give me Aview's surname). Now my website is offline because this guy was called out. I have two other websites with them, which is online. So the obvious has happened ---- This Axxess employee sabotaged my website because he is called out on his bad attitude!

Now I have conference on Monday and need my website updated for it and I am getting bad service from this company!
