Endless problems with bad fibre internet connection. This happens very often. Every time you phone them you have to spend about 30 minutes on the phone, and you pay for the call and the internet connection. Then they expect you to jump through hoops by disconnecting here and connecting there after you told them that this is a problem at other people in the area as well. Absolutely pathetic service!!!!!
