Axxess DSL - too busy to assist customer

What can I say. New customer. Since I signed up last month, i have received no assistance from Axxess. Everytime I try calling them, it says service unavailable. So I email them. And guess what - they actually had the audacity to tell me that they are too busy to call me. Wow! that's a slap in the face. Or am I being to sensitive? Axxess, really? you need a wake up call. The attitude you have will not grow your business. I am an extremely patient person and only post things after trying to get a resolution several times. I actually have been calling and emailing since Monday. and they're still too busy to help. So guys, if you're looking for a service provider, i would not recommend this company, no matter how good the deal seems on paper. because after that, you're pretty much on your own, so you have to hope and pray you don't have any problems that you need assistance with, because ''Axxess are too busy to assist their customers'' sad, but true
