Axxess DSL sucks!

Axxess DSL claims to have 24/7 technical support- what a joke. On the rare occasion someone actually responds to you, don't expect any help or for your problem to be resolved at all. Seriously, working from home and having a fibre connection means absolutely nothing when you can't rely on being connected or that you'll be able to get support when you aren't. It's not like you're charged less at the end of the month despite spending half the time without access to what you're paying for. PATHETIC AXXESS!! Just sort your **** out!
