Axxess DSL down

I'm so disappointed with this company. I pay so much for my internet on the go and it's sad that they have an outage since very early this morning, until now i don't have any connection.

No even the decency to inform us of this outage. R599 is a lot of money and i don't expect such ******* treatment.
