Axxess Dsl appalling service.

What pathetic service. I had 2 fibre lines with axxess. They canceled both my lines instead of 1 and now I've paid a total of R2800 to have it reconnected. Iv been calling for the last 2 weeks and I still have no internet. Iv been told different stories each time I call. My daughter is homeschooled and needs internet to write exams which is on Monday. I'm appalled by the service I'm receiving. I hope somebody will call or email me. This has gone on long enough. ***.
