Axxess don't use as service provider

I got a router on 01/04/2022 and today after load shedding it is broken. I chatted to the lady on their website and she said I must send a-mail to their shipping department and inform them it is because of the load shedding.

No the shipping department don't want to send a new one because it is not coverrred.

DONT GO TO AXXESS.CO.ZA , NO GOOD , I HAVE TO CANCEL AFTER 13 DAYS
