Axxess - Don't even think of using them!

Worst ISP ever! Takes 2 days to activate and fix a fibre line, never the less all the other issues, after wasting hundreds of Rands on my phone bill. You can't be reached on your phones, never the less the excuse every time of "we are working on upgrading our phone system" 3+ months? Utter nonsense! You guys don't update tickets and just close them and my business clients have been off the entire day and there's nobody to assist! I can go on... I will never recommend this company to anyone! Never the less every other form of communication you have, the staff just passes the bucket. 15+ mins and nobody answers the phone after hours! I have lost so much business because of Axxess!
