Axxess - Don't care about their loyal clients. No Service for nearly a week !

If I could give them Zero Stars I Would, I topped up my MTN fixed LTE last week, and now day 5 and I still don't have a working connection, all I can connect to is their site. They have told me that it is a problem with MTN top ups and that instead of topping up the clients connection, it caps it so it does not work. They first told me that it would be resolved soon, Now they have said they cannot tell us when it be resolved..... This is ridiculous - and completely against the consumer protection act..... If I don't have a working internet connection soon, I will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman, and I recommend that you all do the same, then maybe we will get a response out of them.

So my warning is to stay clear of them!!!! Their service, or lack of it, as you can see by all these reviews, is non existent and they don't even reply to the complaints on here.
