Axxess don't care a thing about their customers

You know guys, I am so fed up with Axxess and your pathetic Accounts department. I have asked countless times that someone calls me as I have not been responded to on the refund that you guys must do but I continue getting invoices each month as if nothing is wrong... Can I please get my calls attended to and my money refunded?
