Axxess dont answer their phones or mails

I have received over 27,000 spam emails in the last 24 hours and i have tried calling Axxess over 40 timesfor them to fix the spam filters - but when i call the network is either congested or you just wait on hold forever and no one answers. I have sent an email and had no reply and have spoken to 2 operators who both gave me different advice - but both made it out to be my own problem and nothing they can sort on their side? I cant even get hold of them to cancel my contract with them! Meanwhile the spam increases by the 1000's!!!
