Axxess doing what they do best..... Nothing

Im paying a management fee for Axxess to manage my line. What a waste of time and money. Don't bother. Just leave the management of your line with Telkom. Because Axxess wil take your money and not bother to do anything. You have to end up talking to Telkom and begging them to get things done. Im so disappointed.....
