Axxess Doesnt care about customer service

<p>Dont use axxess! I have been with them for about 6 months now with over 250 support tickets and bad service i am moving to GoRedRobot. Axxess staff treats you badly with sarcastic replies and overall bad service. They dont reply on support ticket and when you call they have no idea how to help you and you end up on hold for 40 min before the disconnect your call. I have never seen bad service like this and i will recommend not using them. Use GoRedRobot its R49 for unlimited everything. Hope Anyone reading this wont join axxess</p>
