Axxess does NOT care. BEWARE!
I have signed up with Axxess on a Vumatel package. Nothing but hassle from day one. The sign up was literally shocking. Eventually the line worked and I was fairly happy. Recently the line has started to act up, constantly not getting 2mb or 3mb on a 20mb line. The line becomes unusable to a point where it struggle to open basic html pages.
I have got in touch with Vumatel first, they checked the line and immediately said the issue is with Axxess. I got in touch with Axxess and immediately noticed the issue is probably with them because they service is **********.
On the 27th of March, I logged a ticket. As I was not able to open any pages. There was some pop up saying there is issues with the username and password. The moment I submit the username and password I got error 403 or something like that. I was told after an extremely long phone call that the matter must be escalated. I explained to the Axxess guy that this is a business line and he must please let me know how long it will take to resolve, if it’s going to take a couple of days I will make a plan with temporary mobile internet. He promised me a call back… Nothing.
I since re-logged the ticket, and phoned again on the 28th of March. This time another person with another really long call tells me the issue needs further investigation. HE said he will get back to me in a couple of minutes. They are busy checking… Waited for his call… Nothing.
I have since followed up on the 29th of March and the 2nd of April. No response. I have even stated that I will post this complaint unless they reply. Nothing. Looks like this is just how Axxess does business.
I have explained the urgency of this line not working to both consultants and they both obviously does not care. It’s now 7 days and I have no idea what is going on. Axxess does not respond to tickets and my internet is still close to unusable. Well done Axxess, you are making it really hard to like you. I will definitely be looking at alternatives as I do not have a contract with you.
If you are a business or rely on a working internet line, avoid Axxess like the plague.
