Axxess does not care about you or your virtual business needs!

My fibre connection have been down for four days so far. I am a coach who meets customers virtually and as such I depend in a good connection.

Axxess refuses to give me any feedback or forecast on when this problem will be solved.

Which means my business is effectively closed down and I cannot do any future planning since they will not tell me by when this will be fixed. So far I have been forced to cancel two days of work from paying clients and I don’t know when this nightmare will end.
