Axxess does not answer their so called 24/7 line
I have been calling axxess with a network problem. I have been on hold for 30minutes on 3 seperate occasions. I emailed them twice to which they responded hours later. And after explaining the problem they stop replying.

Can you please email the number you called from to *** so we can see why your calls have not been answered, in this mail also include your Ticket reference number so we can follow up on your ticket.
